The final seal was applied using Micro Guard 2500, a professional-grade, easy-to-clean coating requiring certified installation—providing long-term protection and shine.

Metallic Epoxy Floor – 2,000 sq ft
We installed a stunning, multi-colored blue metallic epoxy system, finished with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. This surface offers a sleek, mirror-like finish while providing excellent durability and chemical resistance—ideal for areas requiring both visual impact and long-term performance.

Folsom Flake Floor – 4,646 sq ft
The second phase featured our Folsom Flake System, which includes a double-layered topcoat and Adsil MicroGuard 2500 sealer—a certified product known for its easy-clean, non-slip properties. The process included grinding the floor to open pores, applying a durable polyurea base coat, broadcasting decorative vinyl flake, and sealing with a double UV-stable topcoat.

Both systems include Slip Stop 50 additive for enhanced traction and meet our highest standard of installation. Backed by a 20-year product warranty, this project also included damage repair and surface preparation prior to coating.

The flooring installation began with mechanical grinding to open the concrete pores for maximum adhesion, followed by the application of a polyurea base coat. We then broadcast decorative flake (color to be determined) and completed the system with a UV-stable, double topcoat for enhanced durability and protection.

Some projects go beyond the work—they become personal. In August 2023, HP Concrete Coatings had the honor of completing a full floor installation for the Lakewood–Townsend Community Ambulance Garage—a project that held deep meaning for our team, and for me personally.

The crew reached out with a vision for a floor that would be both beautiful and functional, and I knew immediately we could deliver something special. This wasn’t just another job—many of the EMTs and first responders in this community have been part of my life for years, including my own mother, who has served as an EMT for over 40 years. Being able to give back to this team—people who spend their lives saving others—was a true highlight of my career. ❤️

For this installation, we used a polyaspartic vinyl flake system, known for its resilience, visual appeal, and ease of maintenance—perfect for the demands of an active emergency services garage. The floor was professionally prepared through grinding, followed by a polyurea base coat, a custom broadcast of vinyl flake, and finished with a durable UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
